No, never. We are fully compliant with PCI DSS security standards. We use Stripe to process all payments so the only information we can see is the last 4 digits of your card and your address. If you want to cancel your plan then you can easily do this on ‘My Account’ section of your dashboard.

You can upgrade your subscription from the 'My Account' section in your dashboard. If you upgrade the new pricing will take effect immediately and your invoice will be adjusted accordingly.

Before you can access the content for the first time, you will be required to answer some simple questions about your company. The answers given will be populated throughout the whole Staff Handbook to create a bespoke resource for your company. It shouldn't take more than 10 minutes to create your own Staff Handbook and you will be guided through the process step-by-step. You can easily add users up to the limits set by the subscription package you purchased using the 'add user' feature on the dashboard. If you need more users, you can upgrade your subscription in the 'My Account' section and the new pricing will take effect immediately. Our payment processor will adjust the cost of your subscription automatically and your next invoice will show the adjusted amount.
